So I think its day two.. Im not sure anymore.. Ive been flying for I dont even know how many hours now. I'm so tired and I cant seem to fall asleep on the plane at all. I even brought my ear plugs!Maybe its because I'm going to South Africa and Im anxious to see what it will be like.. I just finished watching Harpers Island. 13 whole episodes but then it wouldnt let me watch the end! So mad. Now I have to wait a whole month to be able to watch the end. I'm flying on emirates air which is pretty great, I even got warm hand towels on the way.. They pass them out with prongs. My camera batteries are dead and I need new ones so that I can take pictures when I land because I accidentally left my extra sets in my luggage. I hope. I tried to look for some in Dubai but they dont sell batteries at the airport for some reason. My phone also needs some charging. Their check points are a lot less strict than ours in America, which is crazy because they have so many more people and all of the plans are huge. I heard the one Im on fits 300! Biggest plane Ive ever been on. And everyone was in  a rush there.. felt just like New York. Funny because as we waited while the  time passed by I noticed a little girl playing a hand game with her mother.. It starts.. Here's the fridge, now open the fridge, now take out the coke. I remember playing that with my sister when I was little. I had no idea what she was saying, but she seemed to enjoy it as much as I did at that age..... Funny how life is and how people can be so different but so much the same. I'm so tired but I just can't sleep. I have 5 more hours to go on this leg of the trip before I get in the car for the next part. I hope we have good food and go to bed early because were supposed to be up at 6am for a game park of some sort. Should be interesting. This trip is a really huge thing for me, as Ive grown up and relatively stayed in the same area for my entire life. To be given this opportunity to travel across the world with people I just am getting to know, for a whole month is not something that I think everyone can do. Im very proud of myself to have gotten outside of my comfort zone and experienced new things. Sure I'm anxious and definitely cant sleep on this plane.. But I think it came at a perfect time in my life. TIme to think without distractions, learn what I'm truely capable of and make the most out of this gift of life I was given.
