It's unbelievable how one minute we were exploring the beauty of southern Africa and the next... we're back in Connecticut. Traveling truly is bittersweet. I missed my family, friends and my way of life, but at the same time, I was so content to be meeting new families, new friends and enjoying a different way of life.
Our trip was absolutely magical and since I did not have as much time to update this blog as I anticipated, I will be doing so now that I am back and have as much internet access as I do air ;-)
I took over 1,500 pictures, so the next couple days will be spent going through them and picking out the best ones to share.
Many people have been requesting a copy of the presentation we showed at District Conference. We would like to send a copy to one contact from each club (and then you can take care of copying it for additional club members), so please e-mail me an address to which I can send a copy!
Thank you again and again and some more and some more for making this incredible trip possible and for being a part of it with us :-)
